⚡ On-Track Conduct

⚙ Race Etiquette & Fair Play

⚙ Race Etiquette & Fair Play

  • Slower Cars Yield: Slower drivers must move to the outside line and hold a predictable path when faster cars are approaching to be lapped. Do not block intentionally.
  • No Overly Aggressive Driving: Intentional bumping or crashing other cars is not allowed. Clean, respectful passes only.
  • Collision Recovery: If your car crashes or spins, wait until traffic is clear before rejoining the race. Never reverse into oncoming traffic.
  • Corner Marshaling: If a car is stuck or flipped, the nearest corner marshal should safely return it to the track as quickly as possible without interfering with active racing.

⚙ Race Etiquette & Fair Play

  • Start Procedure: Follow the Race Director’s call for grid order and staggered starts. Jump starts or false starts may result in a restart or penalty.
  • No Tire Compounds: Tire compounds of any type are not permitted.
  • Mechanical Failures: If your car is malfunctioning and poses a hazard, carefully pull off the racing line until it can be retrieved safely.
  • Sportsmanship: Respect all competitors, marshals, and race officials. Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disqualification.

⏱ Timing & Results

  • Race Length: Each qualifying heat is 3 minutes long and Mains are 5 minutes, all tracked by the Easy Lap timing system and scored using Live Time.
  • Staggered Start: Each car’s race time begins when it crosses the start line, ensuring fair timing and clean starts.
  • Post-Race: Once your race ends, slow down, exit safely, and return your car to the pits.
